Processing & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment partner. Current estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 8–15 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost
We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on U.S. orders.

Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays or Delivery Issues
If your order is significantly delayed or your tracking shows an issue, please contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Third-Party Fulfillment
Gym Rat uses a third-party fulfillment partner to process and ship orders. Products may ship from a location different from Gym Rat’s business address.
